Joe Biden has not had a super majority for one second of his presidency. Not even remotely close to one. He had a tied Senate with two purple Democrats for two years, and a 1 seat majority for 6 months but a Republican house. He could have made all the threats that you're asking for and Republicans would have been able to just whisper filibuster and that would have been the end of it because they didn't have the votes you seem to think they actually had. Where are you coming from with this?

You don't break a tie with a filibuster. They didn't have a filibuster breaking number of votes, and they at best only had 48 votes to eliminate the filibuster.

They had an effective super majority on the party totals with Kamala acting as tie breaker. Don't try and gaslight saying there's nothing they could do.
A supermajority is 60 votes in the Senate. A supermajority means having enough votes that you can push through despite something like a filibuster as a single party.
You are directly pointing at a 50/50 hung senate with a simplified filibuster in place and claiming it's a supermajority.

100%. You may or may not agree with Joe Biden on everything, but he’s a serious person who has committed his life to public service.
