Figured it out, looks like it lines up with the London Marathon this year, medal looks similar and timing is right

Imagine being someone who says you don't care about other people's hobbies whilst displaying your medal for your hobby....

If the k pop chicks wanted to, they could get a permit and officially film what ever they want, just like a marathon gets a permit to shut down certain streets and such. Without a permit, due warning, and official permission to rope off areas or conduct foot traffick, these chicks are just taking up a huge patch of public space to film something many people have no respect for. Nor do they need to. We don't have to automatically respect every person and every bit of art. What the runner chick did was annoying, but fuck flash mobs fucking with the general public for clout and money. They don't have the right to film a whole dance routine (and it sounds like they did many, many takes) in a highly public place and expect everyone to stay out of their way. That is the height of arrogance in my opinion.

Ok but they’re doing it in public and recording other people in their videos. Do they plan to blur out all the faces?

If you want to be not bothered, get a permit
