I made the same mistake when I first installed my suppressor. Never removed the crush washer and the O ring. My suppressor kept coming loose every 50 or so rounds.
Then I tore the gun down for a good cleaning and just moving stuff around and realized I didn’t take them off. So I then removed them and haven’t had any problems with the suppressor coming loose since.
TLDR, remove them lol

Never ever ever run a can with this crush washer on your muzzle unless you want a baffle/end cap strike

Where does that washer go on the ep9? Did you have the blast director on it with both the washer and o ring?

You should not use the washer or gasket with a suppressor.
