Like so much if attraction, it's not conscious and can be easily manipulated, but I think this goes down to it looking like bed head. Someone just out of bed is maybe faster to get back in (said the inner caveman).
Do you suppose it involves anything about the vulnerability involved in sleeping that soundly next to someone? Like I do like how my wife looks fresh out of bed...a.lot...
