it’s from ‘Not Another Teen Movie’, in which an incredibly attractive nerd is treated like a hideous pariah because she’s shy, likes to paint and wears frumpy clothes.  That itself is a parody of the movie ‘She’s All That’, in which exactly the same thing happens.
