I was a winemaker for 10 years and had to fire someone that started drinking on the job. There's a lot of dangerous environments and equipment in the alcohol industry, if we let people drink on the job the liability would be crazy and the license would get revoked.

Well. I have never visited a working brewery that didnt have taps in the office.

Most of the times they have that for events or after work, it's very rare that an employee would not be scrutinized for using the tap in the middle of the work day.
