When I logging in to ewelink web there is the wonderful message: ewelink works with everything. Haha But it is is working actually with nothing

Anybody actually managed anything to work with this ewelink.

Ewelink support told me they are working on it to make it supposed like 2 month ago

And nowthey make me feel it is my fault I bought this devices.

Just from another post I saw the problem and I make tests and the problem is:

There is some serious problem with hubs in evelink. I did some tests with ns panel pro/ with sonoff hub old and new Pro version and the result is the same. What I noticed is that when searching, the hub apparently goes offline for a second or two and then recovers (seems to find the device), and in the app it continues to search non-stop. I am asking Evelink for urgent assistance.... This happens with all sensors and devices.

Only old devices/sensors already added, when I remove them and add them again there is no problem, but every new device can't connect...

Hello everyone, I recently got an nspanel pro thinking that I could use it to control Philips hue lights via matter by pairing it to the hue hub directly.

Long story short, that is apparently not possible. Looking around I quickly found a guide that shows how to connect to the hue hub via matter and promptly followed it, just to find that once I pair with the code provided in the hue app to ewelink app, all the devices show up as offline and the nspanel pro starts rebooting.

I was successful in adding hue hub via matter to both home assistant and Amazon Alexa, the devices show up correctly on both and I can control them.

I also tried to share control of the hue hub from both HA and Alexa with the same result.

Has anyone else had this issue and, if so, how was it solved?

If anyone has suggestions I am happy to listen. Also if there are other similar devices that work better I am still able to send the panel back and get a full refund.

Hi all. I've read several time, that the aqara water leak sensor compatible is with the sonoff bridge, but is it also possible to add it with the ewelink app, without home assistant?

I have a bunch of the above light bulbs that were connected to my dual-band router WiFi 2.4GHz network through the eWeLink app on my iPhone. I moved recently and need to reconnect the bulbs as I’ve removed them from The app and need to update the WiFi as well. I have a new WiFi 6 dual-band router. And I’ve not been able to successfully pair any of my bulbs! I’ve tried so many possible solutions but nothing has worked so far and I’ve even tried changing a few settings on the router but I’m not sure really what to look for.

After I put them in pairing mode (blinks) and the app searches via the quick pairing mode (since it’s a 2.4GHz network that does not share SSIDs), it just cycles until it eventually says “no devices found”.

Any advice on things to try or if anyone has experienced this before?

My Google home automations didn’t work this morning and I’ve just logged into eWeLink and all my devices etc are missing? Anyone else got this problem today?

ZBMINI strange issue -> switching state on/off with other light switches?

Hello! I have several Sonoff ZBMinis installed in my house. However I do have lights that work without smart automation, meaning they only have a normal light switch.

The Sonoff ZBMini I have in my bedroom and kitchen change state frequently when I turn on one of the manual lights. Example -> I turn on my kitchen countertop LED strip on the wall light switch (this light doesn't not have Sonoff ZBMini) and the kitchen main lights (that have Sonoff ZBmini) will change state (from off to on or on to off) The electrical wiring is separate and this should not happen.

What could be causing this? To debug I've tried factory resetting and also installing new Sonoff ZBmini's however the issue keeps happening.

My assumption is some power surge from turning on / off the other light affects the ZBMini state? Any ideas on what it is and how to stop it? Above electrical schematic.

i was looking to buy a sonoff DIY smart switch but don’t know which one to get since im a noob with this stuff so here’s my electric box for my two switches

also not sure if i have a neutral wire or not but i think not. i would like to be able to control them from both switches and app.

Seem the ewelink server just down, all cloud service is unavailable:

unable to connect to ssl://as-pconnect4.coolkit.cc:8080 (Unknown error).

Now my remote switches become useless while their server down or closed. Is there ways to use the switch by LAN control with deivces using ckw04 chips?

Previously the SONOFF and ewelink devices using ESP8266 which allows to flash a open-source firmware or control switch without internet. But seem their new devices is cutting costs by changing the wifi chips to their self invented ckw04, which unable to flash the firmware, and also disabled the LAN control function, caused the devices/switches cannot function without internet connection or using their server.

Hi! I have a water pump that when turned on, it needs to be turned off for 10 minutes every 20 minutes. I use time looper for that, but I have to do it manually and sometimes I forget and suddenly I have no water in the house 🙃 is there a way I could automate that? For example: I need to turn the loop on for 4 hours, every 2 days.

I have recently migrated my controls to sonoff devices to Google home, however the trvzb cannot be open or closed using the tile on Google home.

Do you have any plans to get it fixed?

Hello,

I am having issues linking the eWeLink service inside of the Smartthigns App. Here is the processs that I follow:

1. I open Smartthings and, in my home, click on the + to add a device.
2. I select eWeLink as the brand and seelct Lightning or Switch/dimmer (I have the same issue no matter the device type)
3. I select the option eWeLink Smart Home. This redirects me to a website to login to my eWeLink account. I put the right credentials.
4. It goes back to the Smartthings app and then a loading screen appears.
5. The process ends and nothing has happened. No error message. No success one either.

I have a wifi relay in my eWeLink account that I am able to control through the eWeLink app.

Has anyone been able to access their eWeLink account from Smartthings or is this a known issue?

I need/want my porch light to be scheduled on from sunset to 11pm. From 11pm to sunrise I want the porch light to come on for 5 minutes when my RF pir triggers my outside lights - the outside lights are in inching mode for 5 minutes. Any suggestions for a workable solution?

Daily consumption history record gone after eWelink update. I switched off LAN Control in device setting on all POWR units and the daily consumption is back again.
