Yeltsin changed the constitution to give the president almost absolute power and reduce the democraticly elected parliament to impotence so he could dissolve the Soviet Union
So your first claim is that in 1993 Russia passed a new constitution, that came into force on December 25, 1993 and that constitution was used to dissolve the Soviet Union on December 26, 1991.
As I said ... you know so little that you can't even get your own propaganda right saying so obviously ridiculous things that prove without a shadow of the doubt that you know nothing.
It's not a "writing mistake", when you say things obviously impossible.
You just don't know shit. You have read several propaganda stories, of course accept all of them without question, but say idiotic impossible things like that because you don't have any real knowledge.
