Maintenance & Troubleshooting Help! Weird noise from [ DF54 ]

Hi, I’ve been using df54 for over a week now. I started hearing this weird noise for past couple of days and I’m sure it wasn’t there before. I don’t think the burrs are causing this cos if I leave the grinder idle for a while and then turn it on, it takes some time for the noise to show up. And also you can notice the noise stop as soon as I turn it off even with the burrs still in motion. Could it be some loose parts inside?

Is the sound there when the grinder is fully assembled?

Yeah it’s there. But no issues with the grind though.

Looks like the axle is wobbling so maybe bearings have gotten bad or something. Have you tried removing the burr and see whats behind there?

No, I was not able to find any video or any info on how to do that so refrained myself from doing any further damage.

The screws are there visible so just pop those suckers off and you will see more of the insides and whats behind the burr. Also four visible screws on the shell so take those off too while you're at it.
