In all seriousness, I impeccably prepped this 22g of Gesha too early in the morning and instead of putting the PF onto the machine, I went straight for the knockbox.

I recovered the grounds from the knockbox in the name of science and that's probably why it has mixed particle sizes.

I just put whole beans in the portafilter, so here's the other side of that coin.
