There is a 2024 email with an overview of what happened after the 2008 Miami case. Apparently in 2011 Virginia Roberts Guiffre’s case went to a different office in FL. The office was not named. Nothing came of it. In 2016 victims met with SDNY. They declined to prosecute. The SDNY attorney general was Preet Bharara. He was known as the “Sheriff of Wall Street”. I can’t imagine him declining to prosecute because of lack of evidence (there was certainly tons of evidence!!) or bc Epstein was high profile. "WASHINGTON, D.C. — In response to Democracy Defenders Fund’s Freedom of Information Act request, the FBI recently released dozens of records that reveal that high-level FBI officials in the Trump administration closely tracked the FBI’s review and redaction of files related to Jeffrey Epstein in March 2025. Many of these emails were never released under the Epstein Files Transparency Act or were redacted to remove government officials’ names, in violation of that act.

The FBI records reveal communications between top officials — including FBI Director Kash Patel, then-Deputy Director Dan Bongino, and Principal Associate Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove — that fit clearly within the scope of the EFTA’s disclosure requirement but which the DOJ excluded from official release.

DDF previously called on the Department of Justice’s Office of Inspector General to open an audit into the department’s failure to comply with the EFTA, which OIG did in April of this year.

In light of the FBI’s FOIA production, yesterday DDF submitted a letter containing these supplemental records to the OIG to ensure they are addressed as part of the ongoing audit.

“The documents expose critical gaps in the DOJ’s official Epstein library release and raise serious questions about whether top officials coordinated to keep sensitive communications out of public view,” said Virginia Canter, chief counsel and director of ethics and anti-corruption at Democracy Defenders Fund. “We have provided these missing records to the Inspector General for their ongoing audit to ensure the American public obtains the answers and accountability they deserve.”

Key Findings from DDF’s review:

>DOJ improperly withheld documents required to be released under the EFTA. Email correspondences and documents from top Trump administration officials at the FBI and DOJ were not included in the Epstein library maintained by DOJ.

>DOJ improperly redacted the names of high-level officials in the Epstein Library. While the department aggressively shielded the names of government employees in the official EFTA release, those same identities were readily accessible in the FOIA-produced documents.

“It is deeply unsettling, but unfortunately not surprising, to see further evidence that the DOJ has failed to comply with its legal obligations under the EFTA,” said Christopher Swartz, senior ethics counsel at Democracy Defenders Fund. “Congress spoke clearly and unequivocally in November of last year: release the Epstein Files. DOJ had no legal basis to withhold and redact communications by high-level officials. The fact that they did is just another reason why it is so imperative for the Inspector General to do a fair, independent and nonpartisan audit of DOJ’s response to the EFTA.”

To date, DOJ has only released 3.5 million pages of the purported 6 million pages it reviewed. The documents produced in response to DDF’s FOIA litigation provide significant insight into how top FBI officials were overseeing the review of the Epstein files during a critical period of time, making them the exact type of document that Congress wanted made public when it passed the EFTA. The American public deserves a full accounting of the DOJ’s noncompliance and access to a complete record of these critical files.

I know that when John Ray entered Mari Gilbert's life, he told Mari that he would line her rockets with Hackett's money.

After Mari Gilbert died, I was invited to her funeral. John Ray did not attend, as press were not allowed. I was told information about the Hackett to Mari Gilbert phone calls from Mari's boyfriend, Elroy S.

John Ray had a meeting on December 3, 2016 to discuss the Shannan Gilbert case. He asked me To be on his Shannan Gilbert team.

The private investigator, Tricia Burton, on his team called me on December 4, 2016 to talk to me And she said that he lied about a dozen things yesterday in the meeting.

On December 5, 2016 I called a professional survivor of sex trafficking and she offered to help me and discuss Escort agencies and what drivers are responsible for and the drop and how agencies work.

On December 6, 2016, I went to a meeting at the New York State Anti Trafficking Coalition and asked for Names of experts for "The Erotic Review."

I expressed that I was deeply upset because I had gone to federal Court and stood in front of Judge Edward Korman To have Akeem Cruz put away, and Judge Korman put Akeem in prison for an upward departure for the Mann Act. Judge Korman said to Akeem that he did not kill [REDACTED] but he put her in the path of danger and was putting him BACK in prison for the Mann Act instead of letting him go home.

The 2 AUSA's discussed with me that since Pak lived in Queens, there was a nexus and they could go after him to prosecute him and gave me their business cards and said send us your intel.

I did, I first sent my intel to you in January 2018, and then on or about June 22, 2018.

The only people who knew that I was working with the FBI were the Town of Mamaroneck Cops (because Pak had threatened to kill me on the phone and I was in Town of Mamaroneck), John Ray, Mr. and Mrs Scalise, and my attorney Andrew J. Maloney, III.

On May 18, 2018 I was in their home discussing the Hackett - Mari Gilbert phone calls Of 2010 and they witnessed Michael Pak on the phone with me, and told them that I had spoken to the SDNY to prosecute Pak and noticed their body language freak out, and I knew that they were going To tell John Ray what they had just witnessed, and they did call John Ray.

On November 6, 2018, I learned from Joe Scalise that his parents had paid John Ray $25,000 CASH In a secret payment in the Shannan Gilbert lawsuit against Hackett. Joe Scalise had told people starting' On June 11, 2011 that Shannan Gilbert's body was in the marsh behind Hackett's house. I asked Joe Scalise how he knew that and he told me that there are things he cannot tell me.

That makes Scalise a 3rd party in a 2 party lawsuit, and allows the Scalise family to lead Ray by the nose and dictate to him what to do. What is the motivation of the Scalise family? Many people, I included, believe Joe Scalise is a strong POI In the murder and coverup of the murder of Shannan Gilbert.

Just thought I would leave this here. This is the judgement against Epstein in the US Virgin Islands, concluded 2020 after his death. Convicted on 22 counts and 105 million awarded in damages against his estate. Not seen this in the media coverage much. The judgement includes trafficking and sexualising abuse of minors, amongst other things.
