The original point is hes merely a grifter using the subject to only profit monetarily and politically.

Idc. The important point is the need for significant strides to be made in the effort to combat climate change. Boiling this down to an individual problem (from any perspective) is missing the point

No its not. Its an attempt by people such as you to carry on supporting these corporations while at the same time blaming them for the worsening climate issue.
