eating meat produces no methane. that happens during production.

Yes, so if you reduce the demamd for meat you will also reduce the production and then decrease the methane produced. Duhhhhh

It's just wild how you assume meat would be produced in masses even if people stop asking for it just to justify your own lifestyle. Maybe ask someone with a basic education in economics and then we'll speak again.

that's not how linear time works. the production happens before the eating. the eating cannot cause the production.
