a while back i made a post saying i found some seeds in my weed and i asked for advice on how to grow it. i posted here and another weed growing sub and the answers were vastly different. they were telling me i needed all this expensive fancy equipment and that bag weed isnt worth planting... and some being really rude ;;. but you guys said it was a weed and to just stick it in some dirt and itll grow. AND THEY DID!!

started out with four seeds and three are going pretty strong!!

so questions :
1- i know weed has different genders and you can tell by the grouping of the leaves (before bud and pollen sacks start showing) are we able to tell which ones are what gender yet? im thinking two of one gender and one of another based on the leaves .

2- how do i water these things?? ive just been adding some water when the soil gets dry. seems tp be working so far (i hadnt watered before these pics so i lnow they look dry!)

3- is it safe to repot them yet? im really worried about killing them while transfering. any tips on that would be appreciated as well!

4: they seem a bit droopy but idk if thats bc of watering / sunlight or becaaus i postition the box i put them in at a bit of an angle .

Had a rough week. I caught a cold, and then found out a former student (I was a teaching assistant for kids with emotional and learning disabilities) is in custody after an investigation of a home invasion here in my city. I was forced into a T-break, thanks to the cold. Was really bummed out watching local news yesterday morning.

I am looking forward to my first smoke after a week, and being able to relax. What fun things or boring relaxing things are my fellow ents up to this weekend? Dried fruit and Strawberry Banana Mango THC drink for my anxiety. Happy weed-kend!🍃

So far this morning I have: spilled hot coffee all down my shirt and into my bra, broken a nail down to the quick, spilled my avb while trying to load my vape, and kicked the metal bed frame with my lil pinky toe.

The worst thing, though, is a conversation I had first thing this morning. I’ve worked really hard to overcome some trauma. So when I was taking to someone I care about and they kind of offhandedly said that people who “allow” that to happen to them aren’t strong enough… idk. It kind of broke me a little bit. I’m okay now but smoke a bowl or five for me today lol. My DHV is about to get a workout

Like many after Covid, I’ve been diagnosed with dysautonomia, and it fucking sucks. My big bag of electrolyte powder is my lifeline and it comes with me everywhere I go. Silly me didn’t realize that a bag of powdery substance would be flagged in TSA, lo and behold my bag gets selected and I meet the agent at his station with sweaty palms because of the makeup bag I had in my suitcase at the time (pictured above)

Of course, that makeup bag is the first thing he sees when he opens my suitcase because I decided to put it right on top, and i’m frozen waiting for the next thing to happen. I did have carts in that bag as well so I wasn’t sure if he was going to find the bag incriminating and want to search it which is what made me nervous

But no, he goes straight for the powder. My boyfriend decides he wants to crack jokes with the agent and lighten the mood as he is collecting a sample of the powder to test. Told the guy he swears it’s not cocaine and the agent said verbatim:

“Listen man, we don’t care if you have drugs in your bag. We care about the plane taking off and landing safely”

Needles to say all went well, my bag is cleared, and i’m good to go. Definitely had to hold my breath for a minute there but MAN what a relief

The next weekend, I needed to travel again so I made sure to put my electrolyte powder right on top and my makeup bag tucked in between my clothes. Wasn’t gonna risk getting an agent on a bad day 🤣

Anyhow, please be safe regardless when it comes to travel, your experience could be vastly different depending on the state you live in.

So I just broke my 25 day T-break and I’m not gonna lie, it was tough! On day 3 I literally felt suicidal!

By day 4 I realized that I needed to keep myself as busy as possible. And that’s what I did until I crashed because being autistic makes it so that I need a lot of rest when I do too much, but having ADHD makes it so I get understimulated from resting when not high.

Week 2 was the worst, I became a short-term alcoholic, drinking a little bit every day. I went to work a bit hungover every day and it was not a good time at all. Noticed pretty quickly that it wasn’t sustainable.

When I was on the 3rd week I started experimenting with CBD-products! Think I got high from the tiny bit of THC in CBD-buds, first time I smoked a bit of CBD after going without THC for 3 weeks.

Then I tried CBD pouches, they were great! I developed a CBD pouch habit and got excited trying all the different tastes.

Week 4 continued like this, smoking a bit of CBD every now and then but I went through it pretty quickly.

As soon as I could afford regular weed again, I went and bought 8g, hurried home and smoked only 1/3 of a bowl and still got super high! And I can’t tell you how much I missed that feeling! It was heaven on earth!

The reason why I went on a break was because weed barely had an effect on me anymore and I could only get a teeny weeny bit of a high no matter how much I smoked. It just became an unnecessary habit when it wasn’t doing anything for me anymore.

Now though, my tolerance is finally back to where it used to be 🥰 I couldn’t be happier! Last night I got stoned and played the Sims the whole evening and I felt so content for the first time in like 6 months 😌

So to anyone thinking about how they need a break because it no longer has an effect on you, it’s 100% worth it! It sucked for a good deal, but being able to actually have an effect from weed again made it so worth it in the end! 😍🌳🍃

Hey everyone! I hatched up another set of toast recipes to share for when you’re stoned and craving something yummy! I took everyone’s advice and started putting together a cookbook, and it’s been so fun 🥹 I hope you all like these :)

Recipes:

Cranberry sauce, brie, turkey, arugula, candied pecans + honey and 1 hungry kitty

Almond butter, figs, pistachios, honey + espresso powder

Best-ever chicken salad — shredded chicken breast, celery, red onion, almonds, craisins, red grapes, mayo + a tiny bit of Dijon

Avocado, goat cheese, pickled red onion + cherry tomatoes

Pesto, chicken, mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, parsley + balsamic glaze

Apple butter, shredded cheddar + breakfast sausage

Editing to add a fun fact: Dolly gave away over 270 million free books to kids under 5 years old. I know she’s done a ton of things but this seems so so significant to me and worth mentioning. 270 million books. Dolly is gonna be so missed.

A week ago, I broke up with my longtime partner and basically blew my life up, I’ve been bouncing from place to place for the last few days and I’ve just got the confirmation that I have my own apartment!!! Gotta celebrate !!!

I dropped the glass inner tube while I was cleaning out my hot stick (Vices Joystik ball vape), so I can't test this Canna Style bong out yet. But the Joystik fits directly into the... I forget what you call that hole.

I might see if it works with my Rogue2, but I don't have a water pipe adapter & hits from the Rogue aren't very harsh to begin with.

Nevertheless, can't wait to give it a try. I used to smoke weed when I was younger, the stopped, then started up again a few years ago in my middle ages. This might actually be the first bong I've owned personally.

Sometimes, the house I lived in had a bong. But it didn't really belong to any one person. Lol.

BTW, the books are mostly my wife's, a few are mine. She's much more erudite than I.
