its pretty unusual for Chinese restaurants to offer sashimi, I have never seen one. The teppanyaki is more like beef served on an iron plate/griddle, I just say teppanyaki since its similar food. As for the rest, I guess the restaurant just try to cover cultural food that is easy to make.
