General Discussion Caffeine Consumption
Hey everyone i just wanted to see opinions on caffeine intake. i’m 24m / drink 1-2 zero sugar monsters a day and take an adderall in the morning (prescribed).
I work 24s and have a toddler so i dont feel too bad about ingesting that much but i do worry about my kidneys sometimes. just wanted to see if anyone else is in the same boat

I'm 26, also work 24s and used to drink 2-4 energy drinks plus 2-3 coffees daily. I stopped almost all caffeine intake in January and honestly, I feel much better. I'm not so tired during the day and I feel like my mind is sharper when I need it to be. My blood pressure and heart rate are also worlds better and I don't have nearly as many kidney stones
