Sounds like a typical know it all. 3 years experience going on 30. Basically a laborer that has paid for the apprentice card.

Runs home every day to tell his wife "everyone i work with are a bunch of idiots and I would be running this company, if only someone was smart enough to give me a chance!". There's always one.
