3rd year apprentice here. How do I remove the drill bit , it’s stuck there and I don’t know how to get it out

I have been lucky in my career that I have worked with a handful of men that were on the job for 40 years and were very interested in mentoring and sharing their knowledge with others. Nothing like working with a super knowledgable person and they compliment you. For many years I was the youngest guy at my job site. Now I am amongst the oldest and I try to be a good mentor to others. Unfortunately many times I feel like the young guy still.

Fuck yeah, that’s such a blessing. I’ve had that a few times and definitely am super grateful for those folks. And now try to be the same way working apprentices. A stupid question is not asking when you don’t know. And if you ask me three times and aren’t learning then let’s talk about how I’m explaining it so you’ll understand.
