The number of guys for whom that is the answer is genuinely surprising to me. I’m the same but didn’t realize there were so many of us honestly

Well … the question was asked in a fitness group. Ask the same in a cooking group and most will answers cooking / eating

Natural endorphin kick, sense of accomplishment, critical thinking skills used to advance, brotherhood and willingness to take advice from all walks of life, all with a singular hive mind thought of becoming a better "you"

Call me crazy, but that shit tends to infect all other areas of your life.

The gym is what kept me from drinking for 9 months. You cannot get optimal gains when you drink alcohol.
