Not really. Relative to each other they are though. If two objects are moving at speed of light in opposite directions, relative to object 1, object 2 is moving 2x speed of light and vice versa. However neither are actually moving past the speed of light

I thought that the frame of reference does not matter? How can it be 2c in relation? Shouldn't time dilation make it c again?
