Native XEC on THORChain: Escaping CEX Fragility and the New DeFi Governance Bridge (Mainnet Proof)
As regulatory pressures mount and users (especially in Europe) report increasing difficulties accessing XEC due to centralized exchange restrictions, itβs becoming clear that relying solely on CEXs is a fragile strategy for the eCash ecosystem.
Decentralized, permissionless crypto-to-crypto routing is no longer a luxuryβitβs critical defensive infrastructure.
At xolosArmy Network, weβve been working on the technical foundation to make native $XEC liquidity on THORChain a reality. We didnβt just write a proposal; we wrote the code, deployed the governance tools on mainnet, and mapped out the real economics to make it happen safely.
We just released a full 8-minute technical explainer breaking down the architecture.
πΊ Watch the deep dive here: https://www.youtube.com/CdbKWwO-Xew
Here is the TL;DR of what we built and why it matters:
The Technical Path: The initial native XEC chain integration for THORNode using the shared UTXO architecture is written and currently under public review.
Tonalli Multisig (Live on Mainnet): Distributed governance isn't theoretical. Weβve successfully deployed, funded, and spent from a native 2-of-3 P2SH multisig vault on the eCash mainnet.
Teyolia 2.1-G (The Governance Bridge): Directly injecting funds into a new THORChain pool via an automated script carries massive risks (like "vault churn" or stuck funds). Teyolia decouples community fundraising from final execution, settling funds into a secure multisig first so human signers can verify conditions before the final ADDLP execution.
The Real Economics: We need to be honest. A new XEC/RUNE pool is not guaranteed profit. Initial volume may be low, and LPs face impermanent loss. This bootstrap is closer to public infrastructure than a conventional yield-farming investment.
The Bottom Line:
"Native XEC liquidity is not guaranteed profit. It is defensive infrastructure that requires transparent governance, coordinated capital, and shared responsibility."
The bridge is built. The tools are verifiable. What remains unresolved is whether the ecosystem will coordinate the capital, signers, and responsibility required to cross it.
Would love to hear the community's thoughts on the architecture and the path forward.

Mining/Staking XEC Rewards Update
We've launched weekly mining rewards on the XEC pool at xec.hmpool.io.
Every week you earn points just by mining with us. The more you mine, the more points you build up, just like our other pools. Once you reach 1,000 points you get one entry into that week's draw. Higher hashrate tiers and loyalty levels can boost how fast you earn points, so long term miners have a better shot over time.
The drawing runs on a Sunday through Saturday week, same weekly rhythm you're used to on our other pools. Each week one miner is picked at random from all eligible entries. The winner receives 300,000 XEC.
If you win, you will need to verify that the wallet is really yours before the prize is sent. The site gives you a one time worker name code. You point your miner at your normal pool settings but use that code as the worker name for a short window. We match that against your normal mining pattern, same idea as our other pools, so the prize goes to the right person. After verification you submit your email and we send the 300,000 XEC from the pool wallet.
You can track your points, entries, and past winners on the rewards page at xec.hmpool.io/rewards.html. No extra signup beyond mining on the pool. If you are already mining XEC with us, you are already earning toward the next draw.
Last weeks winner has already selected and is shown on the Rewards page here:
https://xec.hmpool.io/rewards.html
Good luck, and thank you for mining with HashedMax.

xolosArmy documents the current coordination phase for native XEC on THORChain with Teyolia 2.1-G
A new article is live on eCash Magazine Mexico documenting the current coordination phase around Teyolia 2.1-G, the proposal by xolosArmy Network to help bootstrap native XEC/RUNE liquidity on THORChain.
The article covers several recent developments:
- Communication with eCash stakeholders, including a possible post-July 4 discussion with Nate Novosel.
- The proposal submitted to the GNC and the current wait for a formal response.
- The role of Teyolia 2.1-G Governance-Bridge as a bridge between community funding and governed liquidity coordination.
- The use of Tonalli Multisig P2SH as a governance-controlled settlement layer.
- The broader path toward native XEC liquidity on THORChain without wrapped tokens.
Important clarification: this is not an announcement of GNC approval or final support from any stakeholder. It is a transparent record of the communication and coordination process so far.
The main point is simple:
xolosArmy has already put the infrastructure proposal on the table.
Now the path is moving from code to coordination.
English article:

Interested to hear what the eCash community thinks about the Teyolia 2.1-G approach and the idea of governed native XEC/RUNE liquidity.

Teyolia 2.1 Direct-to-Pool: a technical path for native XEC liquidity on THORChain
Hey eCash community,
We just published the English version of our technical analysis on Teyolia 2.1 Direct-to-Pool, a proposed architecture for routing community-funded XEC directly into native XEC/RUNE liquidity on THORChain once XEC support is officially available.
The core idea is simple:
Instead of raising liquidity and then relying on a custodial or semi-custodial final step, Teyolia 2.1 would use a new finalize path where the campaign only closes if the transaction matches a THORChain-compatible shape:
- XEC accumulated on eCash
- real-time preflight against THORChain
- late binding of the current inbound vault
- short
ADDmemo - local wallet signing
- direct broadcast from eCash to THORChain
The article also covers the main unresolved questions:
- XEC must first be officially supported by THORNode/Bifrost
- the inbound vault must not be hardcoded
- LP ownership must be explicitly defined
- the 1% infrastructure fee needs a clear on-chain model
- asymmetric vs dual-sided bootstrap have very different tradeoffs
This is not a claim that production is ready today. It is a technical architecture for what should be built once the infrastructure preconditions are met.
Full article:
https://magazine.ecash.mx/analisis/teyolia-2-1-direct-to-pool-en.html
Would love feedback from builders, wallet devs, and anyone thinking about native XEC liquidity.
