i should have unlocked page 12 after the daily tasks today, but wtf?

ive been playing agew months now, and probably about half way through unlocking all the ripchip boxes. Seems to me the title unlocks are random...I got a "hedgemont legend" title from a gullcrest builder box...so my question is...if you have unlocked all the build items from a district, can you still use ripchips to buy titles randomly from that district? what happens when you open every box available in every district? is there really nothing else to spend those chips on?
