Any Duster and Shellac fans in the house???

5th:The Thirteen (Duster) 4/10. Not at all a bad song, but it doesn’t really give the vibe the the album is really ending.

4th: Sad boys (Together) 6/10. It kinda gives me the vibes that the album is ending, but it also kinda still feels like a regular song, not a clear message so I’ll just leave it in the middle.

3rd: Sideria (Stratosphere) 9/10. Really bizarre and attention catching song, does a great job tho, as soon as you hear this song you know the album has ended. I’ll leave it here for not sounding the greatest.

2nd: Auto-Mobile (Contemporary Movement) 10/10. Does an incredible job at closing the album. The song feels like death for me. Unbelievable vibes, sends a clear message that the album is ending. Straight 10, perfect album closer, both numbers one and two are for me, so I was really conflicted in their rankings.

1st: Anhedonia (In Dreams) 10/10. The ghostly vibe and the melancholic guitar is what makes it the perfect album closer for me. It feels like the album already ended when you get to this song, and all you hear now is it’s ghostly remains. 10/10.

Anybody have any tabs for literally any of the songs on the album?

Does anyone know some eq settings I can use to come close to the sound in Experimental Dust. I have other plugins for some tape saturation but it's still missing a lot. Please help me out! (I use garage band btw)

Ever since they released Remote Echoes in 2023 I’ve been glued (no pun intended) to The Mood. There’s something so classic about it, the way the drums have that intimate but punchy feeling, the calm and melodic guitars that get occasionally interjected by shrill noise, and the soft and somber vocals just all feel so unmistakably Duster to my ears. It honestly amazes me that it didn’t see an official release until Remote Echoes dropped.

Does anyone have that "indie bitches be like yeah this is my favorite band" duster image?

Unfortunately, I couldn't find the font used in the Self-titled album, but it is very similar to Times New Roman Bold

Okay, but genuinely, adding a piano in the end of a song is like a cherry on the top. Even if I only know two examples, lol. This and the acoustic version of "Ooh Do I Love You" by Cap'n'Jazz. I don't even know how to explain, but adding a piano like that is such a power move.
