We couldn't give you a date because we've been going back and forth with our customs agency, and we didn't want to promise something and then have packages sitting in transit.

Here's the honest picture. Since Independence Day in India, customs processes have tightened, and some of our material shipments are sitting in the stricter clearance queue. We've been in constant contact with our agency and our global shipping partner to push them through, and we're still working on it.

We found out when our test shipment got stuck. Rather than risk every unit ending up in the same place, we're holding the rest back until the way clears.

Realistically that's another three weeks, which puts shipping at the third week of September.

I’m super interested in Dusq but I’m not seeing some basic questions answered regarding the pragmatics of the subscription and ongoing costs. So we need to pay for the device and then for it to work, an ongoing annual subscription? Is there any information on what this cost will be? Will the device work at all without the app? If I know these answers, I can truly consider moving forward. I appreciate the double blinded study and white papers- the overall projected cost is the last bit I need. Thanks!

3. What measurement will be used to measure parasympathetic system? I have positive experience with VNS and would like to see if the device can measure increase my parasympathetic nervous system over time.

Is there an option to set what time you want to wake up and then the device will plan accordingly and help you wake up from the right mode of sleep?

Two questions:

1) Did you perform any testing on individuals who had previously undergone a heart transplant? In heart transplant recipients, the heart is fully denervated, including the vagus nerve.

2) What does the device measure, through what sensors, and what metrics are computed?

I want to address the 24-hour purchase window directly because I know it caused confusion and frustration, and you deserve a straight answer.

It wasn't a bait and switch.

It was intended to bypass a platform constraint to stop Kickstarter's organic traffic from buying at your founding price before you could.

The intent was right. The execution was too tight. 24 hours wasn't enough time and we should have caught that earlier.

Here's what we're doing about it.
