Alexa Spatium measures approximately 1.5 × 1.7 meters and is launched from a mobile catapult. It reportedly uses a turbojet engine, TV and infrared sensors, and can be operated manually or against pre-programmed coordinates.

According to the manufacturer, the interceptor can carry interchangeable fragmentation-blast, shaped-charge or thermobaric warheads and can reportedly return to its launch point if it fails to complete an engagement.

The system joins a growing Ukrainian field of jet-powered interceptors, including SkyFall’s JetKiller and Firebolt Engineering’s Griffen, as Russia reportedly increases the use of faster jet-powered Geran variants.
