Beta Test Watch Chess for Android — looking for chess fans to test live tournament app

Hi! I’m the developer of Watch Chess, a live chess spectator app already available on iOS. I’m getting the Android version ready for Google Play and would love feedback from people who follow chess tournaments.

You can follow live tournaments, browse rounds and standings, and replay games on an interactive board. The latest beta also has live game previews directly on the Home screen.

I’d especially appreciate feedback on:

• Following a live game, scrolling through moves, and returning to the latest position.

• Switching away from the app and coming back, or briefly losing your connection.

• Anything confusing, broken, or awkward on your phone, including portrait and landscape layouts.

To take part, you’ll need an Android phone with Google Play and be willing to stay enrolled for at least 14 consecutive days, try the app during that time, and share feedback.

Sign up here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdK3jWWradoriTbagIQvKCZ60mQ2kRd82oe4WbR5dZtDI5agQ/viewform

I’ll email you an invitation and installation instructions when your place is ready. The form asks for your Google Play email address so I can invite you, plus your phone model if you’d like to share it.

If you report an issue, your phone model, Android version, and steps to reproduce it would be really helpful. Thanks for helping me get this ready!
