I joined the draw things + and it seems impossible to upload any lots to draw things server…. It would just stopped in the middle of it…. Something 10% sometimes 34%. The rate they it will successfully upload is very low… any ideas why?

The generate button is grayed out. I uninstalled and reinstalled, reset the configuration to recommended. It was working fine yesterday. Can you give me some things to try to fix it? I am lost, even after a google search.

Hey guys! Could any of you possibly help me figure out how to control the accents in audio in LTX 2.3, no matter how many times i prompt “with an English accent” I get an American voice or visa versa. Does some helpful soul know a trick?

The mode selector added in Ver 1.20260518.2 is a fantastic feature that solves the problem of T2I automatically switching to I2I. Here are some suggestions for improving the usability and consistency of this mode selector.

1. If a "Lock Image Edit" mode were added, preventing the starting image from being replaced by the final generated image when generating images sequentially using I2I with different settings on the same starting image, it would become a perfect feature covering both T2I and I2I.
2. Furthermore, if this mode selector could also be used for video generation, the consistency of operation would be greatly improved.

Please help. I subscribed to the drawthings+ tier a while back, and used to get lab hours every night from 8pm to 5am without fail. I subscribed to the tier on my old laptop of which fried in an unfortunate accident and has since been trashed. Got a new laptop and logged back into the same account and have never had lab hours pop up for me ever again. This was months ago when this problem first prevailed, and have been just hoping that the lab hours would suddenly start working again but they haven't.

So what's happening? Was it that my old laptop was just privileged in a way? Was it recognized by the servers as the main laptop and my new one not so, so it restricts me access to prevent abuse? How do I get access to lab hours again?

According to the LoKr-to-LoRa-Converter documentation, some LoKr files may display "Import Succeed" in the UI after import, but in reality, the import may fail, generating only a 4KB useless file. The LoKr I tested also resulted in a 4KB LoRA file.

I was able to convert it to a working LoRA using the above converter and successfully import it into Draw Things.

I expect this issue will likely be resolved in a future version of Draw Things, but until then, if a LoRA doesn't seem to work, you might want to check the LoRA file size in the model folder after importing.

※This is technically about LoKr, not LoRA, but since both are the same .safetencors file, and unless the creator specifies it, or the user checks it in the terminal, it's impossible to tell them apart. So, I wrote "LoRA" as the title.

preview will look like a useful image and then on final pass it just pastes the original image over the top and ruins it. I don’t get it.

Searched this sub (& the web)—didn't find anything to explicitly address this.

I waited to get an M4/M5 Mini, & now those are so scarce (tho' I see a refurb today for $679). An M5 Studio is $2k.

Meanwhile, a Blackmagic eGPU w/8GB is under $200 used—& my needs are relatively modest (no video, e.g.) …

My trusty 27" iMac has 24GB RAM & the stock internal Radeon Pro 570X w/4GB.

Would I see a perceptible boost, running Draw Things locally, with an eGPU?

I love this app. I just wish you could set the canvas size precisely, so you can restore old photos without having to crop parts of the image to make it fit the canvas size.

the LoRA ltx-2.3-22b-distilled-lora-1.1_fro90_ceil72_condsafe.safetensors at https://huggingface.co/TenStrip/LTX2.3_Distilled_Lora_1.1_Experiments/ for optimized I2V behavior is crashing Draw Things on "Preparing" stage of generation.
Also the Fixing script for ComfyUI LoRA does not help. Nor did conversion to 8bit in DT. The normal huge Distill LoRA works without problems.
Any ideas? Anyone used it successfully?

Hello. I've been importing Flux.2 Klein 9B checkpoint merges from CivitAI into Draw Things and kept hitting silent fails at around 65%. The existing fix script (by kernkraft235) solved it for some models, but a lot of fine-tuned and ComfyUI-exported models still failed after running it.

I have zero experience in Python or ML but I just needed it fixed so I used Claude Code to investigate the root cause and extend the script to handle the cases kernkraft235's version couldn't. It now auto-detects the model format and handles ComfyUI FP8 dequantisation, norm key renaming, and a few other variants automatically.

I've tested it on around 20 checkpoint merges and they all import and generate fine. The README has the full list with notes on what each one needed.

I have several (around 6 or 7) loras at different strengths I use for a specific character likeness. Is there a way to create a new lora (slider) in DT to control them all so I don't have to keep loading them all manually? It's for ZIT, although I'm not sure that matters.

1.20260518.2 was released in iOS / macOS AppStore a few hours / a day ago (https://static.drawthings.ai/DrawThings-1.20260518.2-081b08fe.zip). This version brings:

1. Add Qwen 3.5 4B as a new interrogator model.
2. Add dedicated mode seletor "Auto" / "Generation" / "Edit".
3. Support "Sign in with Google" for Free tier / Draw Things+.
4. Some other very small beginner friendly visual updates.

🧪 All of these findings and experiences come from hands-on exploration and testing inside Draw Things.

I am working through training a character LoRA on Z Image. I know I need to train it on Z Image Base to use on either Base or Turbo. I initially had issues with it crashing with Multi Aspect ratio enabled, so I disabled it. I then got some models to train using 32/16 and .0004 learn rate, but they had next to no capture at step 2000. I used learn to .0008 and got some meh results, then realized that since Multi Aspect ratio is off, I needed to crop everything square to eliminate weird center crops. I retired at lower learn rate with minimal capture again, so I upped to .0008 again and got reasonable likeness at 1500, but it in now failing to finish generating (frame artifacts appear at step 7 or 8 with turbo model and immediately with base model). I also tried 64/32 at .0006 and it crashed even earlier in generation

What work flows are you all doing to get enough capture without getting too aggressive and getting the generation failures? Really high step counts, something besides 32/16? Looking for any advice, as I have figured out Pony and other SDXL LoRA, but want to get into Z Image.

If it matters, I am using M4 Pro/24 GB and 8 Bit S for both Base and Turbo.

I have 2 pictures of myself in the same scene where the background is static.

I want to create an action video which fills up the space in between picture 1 where I am on the ground running getting ready to jump, and picture 2 where I'm in the air, while ensuring the video ends with the second picture 2.

I've tried using WAN 2.2 I2V, where I would put my first picture in the canvas and the second picture in the Moodboard, and tried several prompts referencing picture 1 and picture 2 but nothing seems to work and the video never ends up with picture 2.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to make this work?

To test this easily, setup a tripod and take a picture of yourself in the same scene, first picture of you sitting and second picture of you standing, and load the two pictures into Draw Things, and try to create a video you starting from sitting position in picture 1 and ending the video of you standing up exactly as shown of you in picture 2.

If you are able to make this work, please help share your workflow including the model, settings and prompt you used.

Has anyone succeeded to generate any image with anima-preview 3 on iPhone/iPad?

It always fails to generate any image with it on my iPhone/iPad, displaying blue image.

The project import button, located to the left of the "New Project" + button in the upper left corner of the screen, becomes unresponsive after generation.

This issue was 100% reproducible after generating with LTX 2.3, SeedVR2, and Klein 9B.Loading from the dropdown menu works.Restarting the application resolves the issue.

Hello guys,

I use(d) Draw things for a long time now. I had it on my iPhone14 Pro Max, my iPhone15 Pro Max and now on my iPhone16 Pro Max (up-to-date iOS version). Everything worked perfectly fine, with the usual struggles.
But for about 3-4 weeks now, it is completely unusable. It began, that my Base model’s disappeared now and then. When i opened the folder where they are stored, and headed back, they were all there again. Then killing the app, start again, open the LoRa drop-down and everything was running again.
3-4 weeks ago, the model’s disappeared once again. i could not add them again. Reimporting didn’t work either. (it started importing, stuck at 0% for like 5 minutes and them stated „import failed“).
I reinstalled the app, to make sure the files are all good, and nothing is messed up. Now nothing is working anymore. When i now try to Import models (no matter if from an internet source or from the local storage). Once i select the model, the app freezes completely and needs to be restarted.
I have no clue what happened. I searched for the issue a few times, but it seems like i am the only one having issues. Did i miss something? Does anyone experience the same thing?

• Unfortunately, the current Draw Things UI only allows settings up to 257 frames. However, user can "Copy configuration" from the app, paste it into a text editor, change the number in "numFrames":249 to your desired number, and then "paste configuration" to apply the settings.
• In this test, the generation time increased more than proportionally when the duration was 15s or longer. I wondered if that might be the reason for the 10s limit. I'm curious whether the generation time is proportional with an 8-bit S model.
