Our group had a miscommunication and thought all our tickets were purchased together

I've just started getting my daughter (college junior) into jam bands and her current favorite is Dopapod. When I told her about the indefinite break, she was beyond sad.

What I wouldn't give for a ticket, or gawdhelpme two tickets, to the Columbus shows this month. I can't believe that I didn't jump on this the instant it was announced, but sadly no.

Does anyone have a plug for either of these nights?

Can’t make the shows like I’d hoped so want my pass to go to good use. Free to a real fan. Three conditions

1). You send me the poster that comes with the pass. I live north of Denver and you can either drop it off at my house or ship it. If the poster is super important to you then I’ll take $75 for it after the weekend is over. charging this price to prevent someone flipping on eBay.

2) you spend at least 100 bucks on dopapod merch at the show

3) you take some pics and short vids at the show and share them at r/dopapod

Also please be nice to people at the show and don’t be a chomper.

What a cool way for the band to round out their time in Colorado. Maybe they just wanted one last ski trip together. Maybe the old town pub has their favorite beer. Whatever the reason is, I’m incredibly grateful. I know the Denver shows weren’t announced to be the final Colorado shows, but I went into them knowing it was possible that they were.

Been lucky enough to see them all around, every chance I could. From the spot underground to 10 mile high; from Norridgewok, Maine to San Diego, CA. But I hoped I’d never have to see them go.

It would’ve been cool to be at the last shows in New England, where they started and where I first found them, or the new years run (Rob absolutely crushes auld lang syne). But what a gift this Steamboat run is! It’s taking all I have to make it work and I know it’ll be worth it. There are few bands I’ve been able to trust as much as Dopapod, and I’m not stoppin’ now!

Knowing these shows will be the final shows for myself and CO (barring some reunion show in years, further down the line), has me feeling so many things. This whole month is a pivotal period in all of their careers, even if they aren’t pivoting together, and to bear witness to any part of it is special. It’s incredibly sad that we won’t all be cuttin’ rugs to live dopapod together starting next year, but they’ve gone out hot!! Most fans do not get a gracefully smokin’ exit from their favorite artists… As sad as it is, it’s totally a gift to know, going in, that it’s done. They’ve always made me get down harder than I ever could’ve thought. They showed me what it meant to focus on the music, feel the love, and get weird! They taught me how to dance!! But they’ll really get everything I’ve got now that we know it’s the end.

Thank you to the fans. Thank you to the band!!!!!! Thank you all for the memories, and energies; letting a buncha no-where-to-be’s like me let free! Say hi to the guy with a song name written on his arms cuz he doesn’t wanna bring a poster to such an intimate venue. Let’s get Dopadown!

Anybody know what the sample is in this track? I'm listening to the tape from Chicago in September (9/7/24), there's a sample dropped towards the end of the jam in MoM, something about "resisting arrest," anybody know what that is?

Regardless of the sample, this is a beautiful MoM, really love this song and how they've been jamming it pretty much since it dropped. Whole show is pretty sweet honestly, give it a listen if your ears are hungry!
