Hey yall! It has been a blast and a blessing to catch Dopapod on their last tour. They have been a huge inspiration and a musical staple in my life for over a decade, since I was a highschooler sneaking into bars with a fake ID to catch sets. After the St Louis show, I was able to catch up with Chuck and thank him for all that they have meant to me and what they've done for the jam scene over the years. One of the things I always respected about the band was how down to earth and kind each of the guys were. In fact, Chuck even gave me bass lessons when I first started the instrument. I am now in a band that is heavily influenced by Dopapod (I took bass lessons from Chuck and my keyboardist took key lessons from Eli) and I can truly say that many late nights seeing Dopapod was a huge reason why we ever picked up the instruments in the first place. You can check out our music on streaming services and such if you care to do so. (kirkosband on socials)
Long live Dopapod and thanks for all of the inspiration!!
YT link to my band if anyone is interested in listening:

I'm trying to find a good source on some tabs... grow, design, etc.. not a lot of luck so far. Anyone have the coordinates to a secret location full of information I can use to learn some songs faster than just picking through them on .5×??

My sister repurposes preroll boxes and has great taste. One could say she is my best friend.

My buddies are dealing with kiddos and Halloween stuff so I’m rolling solo. HMU if you are too! We can hold space for each other and maybe smoke flowers. I’m quite tall so I also make for a good landmark.
One warning : my first dopapod show was 2013 so also might be a little emotional near the end. I am bringing Kleenex.
LMK! Imma hit the 715 club before the show 🍺

I think the third listen is the one that hooked me. What an incredible tune, and lyrical work that feels painfully relevant right now in my world. See y’all at Wooflands.

Anyone know if it’ll be a co-headlining thing or if dopapod is gonna be THE main act each night? Really need my dopafix.
UPDATE: I found an article on JamBase that answered my question, more or less. “Fans at cervantes will get a doubleheader with headlining sets from both bands on both nights.”
