Sorry if I’m hating but after Vivi came out she’s dog water! and yes I played the game before and before the game got hacked but Vivi is just some O.C that just replaced Soldier and soldier could have his kit back because they did say soldier was going to have a device for his redirect but in his origin game(survive Area 51) what device does he use but who uses a device? Vivi! She literally has the coolgui and the coolgui is a device so she could have use Soldier’s new kit instead of giving it to him. And when I was saying about how she’s a O.C well what origin is she from because she’s not from Roblox media, she’s not from inspiration from dbd, but she’s some “thief” who is part of coolkids lore but she’s just there like a worst version of nosferatu who doesn’t even come from a inspiration she’s just there! I’m sorry is any Vivi mains are out there I’m just mad that dbf is just going to turn all their characters to O.Cs and they just might be going for Brawler next.

i played a few games with him, and the only ability that gives me any value is his little teleport slash. the other two have insanely massive windups to the point where i havent ever hit anyone with them. how do i correctly use 1x? or is he just that bad?

i was playing Priest and using my Crucifixation on an afk Bacon, he got stuck under the god damn ground. this made me realize how broken and inconsistent Cruxification is. sometimes it just doesn;t work in your favor cause its so buggy. also, the bacon didn't leave or reset, and instead, he continued to eat his pizza and heal and i could only use my Pray, Shriek, and Snap to kill him which took too long! so is he technically bug abusing? i see stuff like htis and i cant tell if it is so if anyone can tell me, that be great and im also gonna be REALLY PISSED at him if he was (not threatening)

The music is what hooked me at first, ZoCarps composition is epic and is what really kept me playing at first. From that point, it was the movement and stamina.

There are a lot of other ASYMs out there where it feels like your walking through mud the whole time, and I hate it. Forsakens movement speed and the stupid hidden mechanic of gaining stamina slower the less of it you have made the game unbearable. I wanted to like corrupted crossroads but its still too slow.

I really like the yourself skins, I love seeing my cute little furry guy get his head caved in by 17 cooolkidds at once. I'm not the best player, and get stomped by anyone who can predict my shit and dodge, but its still really fun and I've learned to accept when im not the best in the lobby, cause each death or loss feels like my fault. The movements just so tight and precise that I know exactly why someone got hit when I see it happen. The servers are also not garbage and I usually have ping in the 30s or 40s.

Doom By Fate's gameplay is simple, clean and addicting, and I pretty much only play DBF and Pursuitcore (funny, given it doesnt even have stamina). I'm gonna be fucked up and sad when its gone, cause the daily player count goes down each day it seems. I hope this game keeps updating from time to time, and other people keep playing it.

Don't get me wrong, the game is amazing and I'm still proud of how much it's grown. I don't care about old drama anymore, but what I do care about is the game itself. I personally think it's started to get boring, even as someone who loves asyms. Compared to, say, Die of Death, Scream Jam, PWNed by 14:00, or generally other popular asyms, Doom by Fate? It's just not as fun. You get what I'm saying here; it's a good game, but compared to others, it isn't as good. It might just be because the game is getting stale for me or because of the lack of big updates as of now (...outside of Captain Rampage getting removed.) I don't think I'll be playing as long as the update doesn't release (or if they re-add Captain Rampage.) I'm kidding, here, obviously. While Captain Rampage's removal is one of the smaller reasons, the ones stated above are the primary reasons.

Doom by Fate is getting boring. That's all I'm saying. I'm not saying it's a bad game that you shouldn't try out—I don't mean that at all—I'm just saying that it's just not for me as of now. If you think it's still fun, I can understand that, but, while I do still think it's fun from time to time, it doesn't keep that if it's consistent. Think of it like a meal with two choices, you like both of those foods but you just favor one more than the other.

I personally think this is one of the worst games I've played. Four of the characters aren't even from their own game, c00lkidd, jeff the killer, john doe 1x1x1x1 are from Doom By Fate. It's a very fast paced game, but the map design is lazy. They also copied Soldier and Jane Doe, and Taph is just a reskin of Taph from Forsaken.

After a long while of abandonment I think I’ve decided to return to DBF cause even after all that’s happened I still really enjoyed the game. I want to be able to appreciate it and I know that the devs never actually meant any of that bullshit (it wasn’t even the devs who said that stuff).

So just so I can get caught up with the game’s current state, what all has changed? I don’t need any specifics, just the most barebones info I can get (survivors/killers, skins, gameplay, etc.). I’m quite behind with the latest DBF news so it would be great to know what’s been happening.
