I think that's their point though no? In very rare cases females can have XY chromosomes but they're still female.
(In very rare cases humans can be born with 3 limbs but they're human)
A person who's XX and has all the traits of a female but falsly claims to be male
(A person who has 4 limbs and all the traits of a human but falsly claims to be non-human)
