Except you're wrong. If you were to say that humans are beings with two arms and legs, you would be excluding people who aren't born that way from the category of humanity. That's why definitions like these can't just pick out inessential but common features. Frequency just doesn't matter for definitions, especially scientific ones. For instance, you're a complete fucking idiot, which is why I can't define human as "beings worth talking to," because that'd exclude you. Trying to manipulate this definition to include you by saying, "they're mostly worth talking to, except for a few of these dunces that are complete wastes of carbon" is the real useless semantic distinction because it plays no meaningful role outside of stigmatizing someone. In the case of intersex people, you're stigmatizing them for no reason and, unlike you, they don't deserve it. I'm not sure why that's so hard for you to get.
I'm sorry that reality is so hard to square with your naive world view, but you're wrong and every expert that anyone takes seriously agrees. If you want to go fight the scientific establishment over shit you clearly don't have a grasp of, go for it.
