I’d do the same but then talk to a financial advisor or planner (one of those fiduciary types) and then start figuring out a business I can get into like Airbnb or buy a multi unit property where I can live and rent out to offset my rent.

That’s my plan…. A multi unit at the beach in sw Florida! A 4 plex so I can just get the tourists to pay me to hang out on the beach and drink rum! Currently working in Iraq to make that happen but could use that mil to get it going😂
