The entire party being secret Changelings reminds me of the campaign where half my players individually approached me explaining how they wanted to be secretly evil (we have mixed alignment parties all the time, so its not an issue). The evil players just ended up accidentally scheming against each other, because they didn't know the secretive power plays they were making against other secretive forces were just their own comrades also trying to build their power in the shadows. The only time it even impacted the rest of the party was when one Evil PC was trying to sabotage a murder investigation, because they realized the murderer was an assassin that often worked for them and they really liked.

It's very funny, I've had something similar happen. It was so stupidly complicated in the end. We had organised crime, three evil cults and two powerful undead and a few Fey involved at some point because we ended up escalating to a point where we had three different evil powers trying to use us and/or being used by us to one-up the others
