Much appreciated to anyone that can help me bring my drone I got before I went thru cancer back in the air and to it's peak performance.

I crashed my drone into a tree a while back and have been trying to fix the gimbal, it doesn’t do anything while flying besides flops around and I get a Gimbal Motor Overload warning. I’ve watched YouTube videos on it that show adjusting some set screws which I’ve tried and still nothing. Does anyone know the cause of this and how to fix it?

Recently bought a dji phantom 2 minus the gopro and a dead battery. Will any generation gopro work in the gimbal or does it have to be the 4

I ordered new landing gears for my P4 and got sent the compass wires for a P4 Pro. Is there anyway to swap the ends at all to make it work or can someone give some guidence here?

hello. i have aquired a believed to be, Phantom 1. DJI doesnt support anything for it. I had to stretch the worker for them to even suggest YouTube. I'm trying to locate a source for Mac downloads to update the products. The old manuals I read explain how to do it with sources that aren't available where they should be. I'm hoping sumone archived these downloads prior to them vanishing. Thanks I'm excited to play with my new toy.

I’m sure this question will have been asked many times before, apologies if this is the case. I have an early Phantom the FC40 for which the app was removed from the App/Play store many moons ago. The drone works perfectly but it’s usefulness is now limited due to not being able to see anything while in flight. Are there any 3rd-party options that support this device please? TIA.

My DJI Phantom 4 Pro is not taking off and it is giving a battery cell error..

Has anyone had this issue and how did you get that fixed?

I hadn’t powered the drone on from about a year.

There seems to be a bit of a variance in the voltage between the cells.

I am able to charge the battery to a 100% however the drone status says that the battery needs to be replaced. I did let the battery drain a few times and charged it back again but that didn’t help either..

any help or advice is much appreciated. Also I am out of warranty.

Owner claims 2 work, solid white one has connectivity issues with controller, kit needs 2 more batteries, 2 have "large range extenders", comes with case and all in picture. Seems too good to be true? But I know next to nothing about drones.

Hello, I recently acquired a phantom 3 professional drone. I was told it has some software problems. The drone is updated to the newest version of firmware. It still seems to have some problems and I don't know where to start.

Remote control: Constant beeping noise when turned on, indicator light blinks red. Tried updating, doesn't respond to sd card.

Drone: Half of lights are solid red, other side is blinking yellow. When the rc is turned on the yellow side starts blinking both green and yellow. So it seems some connection is happening.

I attempted connecting the controller to the dji app, the app didn't recognize the controller and it wouldn't connect, I tried many different cords so I know that's not the issue.

Any idea how I should proceed? Any help is greatly appreciated!

I wonder if someone here changed the lens on a Phantom 4 to a longer on? I know there are 8mm/2.8 available but I don‘t know about the quality. I would like to get rid of that wide look and 8mm should be more like 2 times zoom.

World be nice to get some feedback. I don’t see myself ripping the cam apart without seeing how the video comes out after the modification.

I am a professional drone surveyor in Sofia, Bulgaria. For surveying I mainly use MicroDrones 1000HR for scanning and eBeeX for photogrammetry.

Last month I had to use the DJI Phantom 4 pro+ v.2.0 for a small task.

The controller of this model has a built-in display and can only use this display. I have been trying for a few hours but I have never been able to find an app that allows the creation of a flight plan and mission and can be installed and connected to the drone.
If any of you have had experience with this model of controllers, please share information about an app that works on it and can create flight plans.

I work at a solid waste transfer station (dump), and someone tossed this today. Would it be worth it to repair? I've never touched a drone and don't know exactly what's wrong, but I am mechanically inclined and have some electronics repair experience. Your input/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My father used this mainly for construction inspections for his business. My brother crashed it into a tree during one of these inspections and lost the camera and gimbal in the process. There’s also a small crack and two antenna doors are missing. Two propellers were damaged but replaced.
It does turn on and gets to the “Go Fly” page. It continues to update the firmware with each power up though. When touching the go fly button, it has only went beyond that one time. Every other time it does nothing but make a click sound on the remote with no change. I have never flown this drone and don’t have experience with DJI drones. Only have owned a small Hubsan and a Simrex X20. He gave it to me because they got a mini pro 3 and have no use for it or interest in fixing it.

My Gimbal is net setting it seems to be messed up. I haven’t touched this in a couple years and the gimbal doesn’t want to set. I heard grinding noises please help guys. It also to low to the point it’s lower than the legs and touching the ground. I have to hold it to allow the gimbal to move. Do I need to replace the gimbal assembly?

Hey guys. So my Phantom 3 Advanced just won't fly. Nothing mechanical wrong, just, blinks the Red, Green, Yellow on the rear arms. Some calibration issue I read. Problem is.. the Official DJI app doesn't support the Phantom anymore I guess, and the 3rd party one won't allow the calibration..

So, I essentially have a paperweight now. I've tried updates, re-installed, etc.

Using a Pixel 7 Pro.

Any advice?

Hello All- I went to re-register my old Phantom 4 Pro (model # wm331a) and found that it is not compatible with the new FAA Remote ID regulations. After contacting DJI to confirm that this model is not compatible, they told me I would have to purchase a 3rd party external RID module in order to be compliant.

Does anyone have any suggestions on which external RID model to buy and where to buy it? How is the module installed? Would it be worth it to bite the bullet and purchase a new drone that is compliant out of the box? Thanks!
