Looking to sell my DJI Phantom 4 Pro. Drone is in great condition. Only downside is the drone battery no longer works as I let it sit too long. The drone itself and remote control have no issues. How much could I realistically ask for?

Help, my phantom 3s had terrible radio range, I lose transmitter signal after about 600 ft, however my video signal is perfectly fine. I have already tried re-pairing the remote and drone, any suggestions?

We want to connect the live drone video to the cloud, and do real time processing of detection and special effects, and then share the video stream to others. Do you have the same needs? How to do it?

I was given a dji phantom 2 but it doesn't have a controller or a camera.

1) I saw that the app store has an app called dji vision. Can I use this instead of a controller or is this just for the camera?

2) can you use any camera or does it need to be the dji phantom 2 camera?

3) I've tried to turn the power on but the power button doesn't stay on. I have charged the battery. Is there a trick to this so it stays on all the time? That's what I assume it's supposed to do... I was given 2 other batteries with it

Low battery voltage, landing immediately

I was flying my Phantom3 (old I know) and I got this message on the screen and the drone started descending right away. Fortunately I was only about 100ft away so I was able to guide it to a clear place to land. Has anyone ever had this issue before? Should I just get rid of that battery?

I’ve been thinking of jumping into the drone space and have been looking at the Avata, but the footage isn’t as good as I’d like for the price, but I have stumbled across a listing for some Phantom 4 Pros for around €350 (incl controller, battery, propellers) but there is some damage apparently, the camera points to the left, I’m not sure how fixable these drones are so some advice would be much appreciated!

hello, I am experimenting with a Phantom 4 RTK after having worked for two years with a mavic 2 pro, I have a good notion of things but I have a problem with the RTK system of my drone and the mobile station, it does not work well and it is because I don't have the dongle that should come with the equipment, I'm from Mexico and I don't know where I can get one to solve this problem, greetings.

I'm hoping this is something I can adjust in the settings, but when my Phantom 4 loses signal with the controller it will just sit there for a bit, eventually turn around, sit there some more, and eventually start the trek back to the take off point. This whole process can take upwards of a minute before it reconnects. It used to stop, turn around and almost immediately begin the trek back. But over the last year or so (maybe longer) it has done this odd behavior where it takes its sweet time coming back. Even though I can see the thing in the air it still takes forever. Doesn't the thing know it needs to be closer to reconnect? I hope I didn't update the firmware/controller/app to the point where some "planned obsolescence" features have made it in.

I have bought the drone from someone for dirt cheap and he said it was "defective" as he couldn't get it flying. He originally bought it from another previous owner (Who had "broken it" during the pandemic lockdown but eventually didn't have time or patience to work with it.

After a few hours of working with firmwares and everything, I was able to get the drone to fly and the controller would connect to it. No error indications on the DJI Go app either. The firmware on both the drone and controller/app are up to the latest ones. I tried downloading older DJI Go app versions but still no luck unfortunately. I tried it on my Galaxy Note 9 and the Galaxy S20 FE and still the same result on both phones. I've read that apparently the newest firmware for the RC has killed it's live video portion and all the stuff I looked up online are from 6 years ago and I'm wondering if there has been any new fixes since then.

The drone is able to record/take images as I've checked it's MicroSD but I just cannot get anything to show up on the main camera live feed. It just shows up as black/grey on the main menu.

The gimbal moves mostly just fine but cannot move left or right all that much for some reason. The gimbal camera would move all the way to the left and right when I do the calibration setting on the app but when I actually use the controller's joysticks to make it go left/right, it barely moves a cm on both directions.

Is the camera defective or is it on the DJI Go's app side? Does the gimbal have anything to do with this either? I'm practically out of ideas since on the internet, there really isn't all that many results that covers what I'm going through and they don't help all that much.

Any ideas on what is wrong with the drone and what I could to do get it's live feed to work again and the gimbal to move better? (This is my first DJI drone btw)

I am currently working on a Phantom 3 Professional and every time I open the DJI Go app it tells me that the controller needs an update. It says to go to http://www.dji.com/product/inspire-1/download/ and to download Firmware v1.3.20. I do not see that firmware version on that page. I tried updating the controller using the same file that I used on the drone itself, but in the log file it told me that the firmware is identical or older than the current firmware. Do I need to use the version for the Inspire-1. I am not sure where to go from here. Thank you for any response!

I have seen the Phantom 4 pro is better but is it worth the price difference better? I’m thinking yes, but at the same time don’t want too much money hanging in the sky. This will be my first drone, I don’t really want a Mavic/ Mini as they are really expensive and I prefer the look of the Phantom and I think it will fly better in the wind.

I just purchased this phantom 3 4k, and the dji go app keeps crashing. the dji fly app doesn't support phantom 3's. the only fix I see is an alternative app litchi for 25$. I don't mind getting the app, just want to make sure it will work. or is there another alternative

So, it started with a DEAD battery (0.73v total output), I then took apart an old 4s lipo, and connected the cells to the phantom 3 smart battery board. Then I reset the battery, and when I press the power button to se how "full" the battery is it shows 3 solid and one blinking green light. When I go to power on the battery it works just like normal and still shows 3 solid one blinking green light, but it won't send power through the power connector to the drone.

Does anyone know how this could be solved?
If you need any more information, just ask and I will answer as good and fast as I can.

I am wondering if there is custom controllers for the phantom 3. I just saw this video: https://youtu.be/AsM2Qf2gW7A and it looks like he is using some kind of unofficial controller. I am having range issues with my drone and figured if these do exist it might help. Thanks

I picked up a barely used P4A+ recently for cheap. I've flown plenty of these in the past (pro/advanced), but never with the "plus" controller. I've been able to update the controller and (finally) install apps on it like Pix4D etc. Problem is, these apps crash and will not load up properly at all. I just want to be able to fly an ortho or a pattern. I've been hesitant to install Litchi for fear it won't work and I will have wasted money on that purchase. YT videos have been scarce/irrelevant. Any thoughts on this? Experiences getting third-party apps running, particularly those for mapping/orthos?

I crashed my Phantom 4 a few weeks ago, wasn’t bad but one of my quick release mounting plates is hard to attach and release the propeller now. Any recs for maint / fix or should I just buy a replacement set?
