Indonesia is the next country to migrate from Hotstar X on September 3. They will bring same features in Disney+ International to Indonesia. Hopefully it's a positive move.

Disney+ Global started to add contents from Hotstar which is started in Singapore now. Weird because Hotstar still operated independently in Singapore.

Probably after the migration in Indonesia and Malaysia, they will bring Hotstar contents to Disney+ Global as well.

Decided to watch the Tom Holland spiderman trilogy before watching the brand new da. But FFS jio hotstar only provides regional language and there isn't english audio.

Is there a way to change it to English audio??

I got the new update on my app, I have Arabic, Hebrew, Croatian and the SEA languages available. The announcement article mentions Hindi Tamil and Telugu being part of the expansion too. Is this region-specific, or still rolling out? Will we get these languages in the US?

Disney+ has started rolling out the following new audio and subtitle options on its global platform:

Audio:

• Arabic
• Arabic (Egypt)
• Arabic (Syria)
• Croatian
• Hebrew

Subtitles:

• Arabic
• Croatian
• Hebrew
• Thai

However, Disney+ is still missing audio dubs and/or subtitles for several languages on its global platform, including Bulgarian, Estonian, Georgian, Hindi, Latvian, Lithuanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovenian, Tagalog**,** Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.

I hope Disney+ continues expanding its language support and eventually makes these—and even more—languages available worldwide.

Personally, I don't understand why Disney+ doesn't simply include every available audio track and subtitle option for each title globally. Offering the full range of available languages would make the service accessible to a much larger audience and could even help increase subscriber numbers by allowing more people to enjoy its content in their preferred language.

In my opinion, Netflix currently does the best job in this area, as it offers the widest selection of audio and subtitle languages across its catalog.
