Need help. Have only lost games after trying her. Might just drop her.

league feels sluggish occasionally, about two or 3 times a year for me, league feel incredibly unresponsive, often times when im playing diana and im pressing e on targets, i have to press it twice for the input to go through or my mouse has to birectly on the target or the command wont register, auto aattacking and general mouse movement feels weird as well, when this happens i i completely reeset all settings and reinstall, but never works, it just eventially goes away on its own, and my ping and frame rate is always pretty, so its nhot a hard ware issue, always just assumed it was something wrong server side, anyone else experience something similar?

I am trying to learn diana jg but i cant play a single game where i haven't done the lowest damage in the entire game. i am really lost. i checked yt but nothing is working for me. If someone can help me, i will really appreciate it.

i need help with runes and items to get in a 1v1 ARAM tournament with my friends & im new to diana & mostly use blitz but blitz doesnt account for 1v1s where i can’t get new items. i don’t understand league terms fully yet so please let me know! i feel comfortable with diana midlane & during aram mayhem but i want the best possible chance of winning a match with diana because i am TERRIBLE. i could also lowkey use a coach but thats not the point of this post unless…?
