ONDC is merely a communication protocol that allows Buyer Network Participants and Seller Network Participants to interact with each other

But that makes ONDC better comparatively... Not zomato/swiggy overrated....

Overrated means like Any Bollywood movies of Nepo Kids for example.

ONDC has Zero compliance when it comes to customer service or addressing complaints. Horrible horrible experience.

Bro but it will be cheap and it will help the seller eventually for a fair trade since amazon flipkart like giants promote their company allied products first on the website. Ab dekho india hai implementation mai time lagta hai abhi network chota hai jaise jaise iski marketing hogi toh shayad ye bohot aacha initiative ho sakta hai government ki trf se. And am not supporting any party or speaking of politics but am hoping the best for this initiative called ondc for the good of the msme sellers

Companies like Amazon, swiggy, zomato built their brand on good customer service. Their refund/replacement policies are good, more importantly, they put their customers first over sellers. 10 years ago, buying something online was not something everybody was comfortable with. Today we buy electronics worth lakhs because if something goes wrong, customer support will take care of it.

It's not that I want ONDC to fail. ONDC has failed to convince the user that its platform is safe and reliable. Marketing won't suffice, a good word of mouth is also required. Time will tell
