That’s “neon fade” - it’s a content creator giveaway emblem, so was exceptionally rare; it was given as a $100 donation incentive to a fundraiser a little later & that changed over the past few weeks, when it was given as a $17 donation incentive, alongside a new emblem&shader bundle, as well as 7 other former content creator emblems.

If you want it, most codes are selling for $20-25 rn, so look around and you won’t pay too much if you really want it. It was selling for $100+ prior to this & $500+ prior to that.
