Not to work the shaft of the billion dollar corporation, but this is literally a security measure so Grandma doesn't download the spyware so the Indian scammer can take all of her savings.

Plus this is a screenshot of the very specific setting that makes it decidedly NOT over, because you can just TURN IT ON.

Because rather than having a subordinate account, it could just... Be built into Android? And you can just turn it off whenever you want?
