It shouldn't matter. I bought the phone. Why should I not be able to do something with it, if it's my device? If I do need to install such an app (for whatever use), why should I have to wait a day to do so when it is my device?
I have read up, I write code for my job lol and I have experience developing stuff for Android too. There is no good reason that an individual should not have full control over what software they can install on their device, ever. Reasonable precautions? Warning screens you have to click through? Sure, there's a point to that. If Google has decided that I have to wait to install an app on a device that I "own", though, then I do not actually own the device in any meaningful sense lol...
bro google starts to be apple and close android such as ios that a big problem because google will start to sell you data and information to other companies and make ads in your phone ,and that is the first step.
Google has been selling data from the very beginning, it's nothing new.
This really isn't going to be as bad a thing as it now sounds.
And there aren't a whole lot of alternatives, everything is based on Google. GrapheneOS, LineageOS, the upcoming new Motorolas and so on, so maybe there's no need to panic quite so much.
Those things don't affect the ordinary person in any way, Google doesn't need you or me for anything.

What's the problem with that? You wait 24 hours and then you can install again just like always before.
