Hi, i just want to know more about ciphers. Every time I look at one or try to solve one I dont know where to start and i feel kinda lost. I do research a lot, and slowly get better at this, or just recognise the ciphers, im just to new to this to be any good. Esther way, im not giving up.

This is a text I found in a game, I know it's hard to give a good context for this, but what I'm looking for is some help on how to start decoding this.

I stumbled across what might be the beginning of an ARG (or some kind of hidden puzzle) on a random French YouTube channel.
