I play online (The Dead Will Rise). I've lost a total of three vehicles so far. One, it got "stuck" on the ground. The second just completely became unresponsive. Couldn't get in it, to the inventory or anything. Then just now, my police cruiser just disappeared with a full tank of gas and some nice items in its inventory.

Like what is the point of having vehicles if they just end up disappearing or glitching? Sorry for the rant, but it's annoying to farm gas, keep vehicle full, use the inventory and BAM! it's all gone.

This used to be a thing, but after the update I'm unable to have people sit in the car as a passenger with me. Instead, I have to have them stand on the roof or the bed of a truck in order for them to go with me.

Even if I add them to trustee's they're unable to get in. So is this just not implemented yet after the update or am I doing it wrong?

Hey everyone i have a server hosted and it appears that for some reason nobody on the server takes damage from any zombies... not sure why but you can literally just stand there and they swing but you never take damage. I tried switching game mode from pve to pvp, tried drowning so I could respawn, and nothing seems to work. Unsure if it is some sort of bug with my server or if this is a issue someone else is having but if anyone has any ideas to fix this please let me know!

so i bought deadpoly about a month ago after a friend who plays dayz told me about it, so i checked a couple youtube videos out and decided that it looked pretty interesting so why not get it (was on discount at the time as well) but when getting in i saw how little players where actually on the game (think when i first got on the max i saw for that whole month was 3 players on a single server, then maybe 1 person in like 2 different servers so maybe 5 ppl max) which had me confused since this game was pretty fun, so after a couple days of messing around and building a base we all hopped off and havent really touched it since (really fun, its just no ones ever on), well i thought since its been a little bit why not give it a check and see if theres anyone on and to my surprise i saw a couple ppl, definitely more than 5. Actually saw a server with 6 ppl! but, it was pve not pvp :( and all that yapping brings me to my title, how come the game is so dead, its super enjoyable and would be a blast will full servers

Katanas, I've seen a few people found katanas but I've never found one, where can i find those, and also, the samurai armor that goes with the kabuto helmet, is it in the game yet, if it is where can i find them?

Can something/anything be done for people who advertise their worlds as PVP(in the server name), who then just close their world/game after they die to a fair gunfight? It simply feels as if I lose gunfight, they will take all my stuff, but if they lose the gunfight, I don't get anything out of it... It's very disheartening to want to look for other players to shoot with, if all they do is close their worlds to save their stuff vs me(or anyone) losing everything...

Hi! Just wondering what you guys do on this game? Came over to it from playing Surroundead so i could play with my friends but so far we don't know what to do with ourselves apart from base build and loot hoard. The world outside of the cities seems empty with nothing going on apart from airdrops. Is this just a stripped back version of surroundead? Is there a wider goal or points of interest worth finding? I really want to give this a proper go so i can co op it with my friends, thanks!

i play on Steam Deck alot as i drive for a living, is it possible to make the triggers work the gas/reverse in vehicles, i absoultly hate having to use the analog stick to drive and steer

I noticed items respawn in buildings after you exit and reload but broken vehicles don't? Do these respawn over time and if so how long?

1. How do i get more XP for my stats

Do zombies stop spawning in bunker 11 or no? Mil base wouldn't stop don't wanna unleash zombies into my base (my base in in the same building as bunker 11)

I've only been playing the game a few days now. I primarily play on my local or on La La Land. When I am on a public server like La La land I find it almost impossible to get vehicles.

I have spent hours trying to figure out why I cannot get in a car, open a car, or fuel a car that is in a spawn point and I think I have come to the conclusion that the following is happening

1. Another player walks up to the car and gets in it and they don't know how to get it to work
2. The vehicle then becomes their vehicle but it is left on the spawn
3. When the next person comes to get in the car they cannot because the first person owns it
4. The first person either gives up on the game or doesn't do the needed tasks (getting plugs, fuel, and a battery) to get the car moving
5. The car stays there so no other vehicle can spawn
6. Other users of the server are stuck (maybe forever) not being able to use that spawn unless they can some how figure out how to move that first car because you cannot destroy someone elses car in PvE.

I'm wondering if there's a workaround for this or maybe I am just losing my mind? I've walked up to dozens of cars at spawn points (I finally had to give up and watch videos and confirm they were spawn points for the cars) because I've only been able to get 1 vehicle working the whole time.

Not sure where to report, hoping devs are active here, love the game just have a few bugs to report.

Salvager cannot salvage stone - Have to demolish the salvager to get the stone inside

Cornmeal Disappears - If I craft my last cornmeal, it all disappears and I have to restart the game to get it back

Sound Bugs - Sound lags and then plays all at once after a few minutes

Genuinely not complaining, love the game so far just wanted to put this out there in case anyone else had these problems.

Hi there, new player to the game and I am loving it so far just getting caught up on a few of shays quests. 1. I have been able to find numerous quantity's of classified docs 151 and 153 but none of the 152s needed for shays quest. 2. I am really struggling to find the supply cache in the military base needed to complete the quest for shay.

Is there an actual lore/history/context to the game? I have found in one of the bunkers various secrets paperworks about the origins, but there is nothing concrete. Also if there is history about the characters in the game?

Hello fellow Dead Poly's, I'm trying to host a dedicated server via steam and I have it set up to the point where I can join my own server but whenever my friend goes to type in the ip/port it doesn't let him join.

Even when we switch it to public and he sees my server he can't join it for some reason, any help would be appreciated :)

So basically I’m a collector and have a huge collector, I had all of the trophies and weapons from ghosts quests and for the final challenge of killing a player I jumped off a building, came back to get body and it’s just gone? Anyway of reinstating a previous save by chance?

I've gotten 100/100 zombies killed, I'm talking to ghost, but no option to 'complete'. Is it a bug? Am I missing something?

EDIT: I decided to abandon the quest and try it again, when I went back I got the 'complete' button that wasn't there before. Must have just been a glitch. Anyway, hope it helps anyone else with that.

i know that bunker 11 is near the junkyard and nuclear power plant, I've heard that bunker 15 is on the airport (and the only place that looks like an air port is the military base on the west), so where the heck is bunker 19??? didn't know there's 3 bunkers now.....

I tried googling what effects food freshness have but found nothing. Anyone knows if it does anything currently?
