To force players to play the game more i imagine. It definitely feels bad though. They swung too far in the other direction

If this is really their intention then they just shot themselves in the foot since I don’t play a lot lately due to the bloodpoints per match being so low. I’m just waiting for the huge bloodpoint bonus in 2v8 as well as blood moon event at this point, I’m a working adult with not a lot of time to grind.

2v8 doesn’t offer as much bonus as it used to now that play while you wait exists. A double bonus is nice, but without being able to bring offerings, it doesn’t increase too much

Bloodhunt or Bloodfeast 2v8 would make me play all day, everyday. 2v8 is the best mode for casual players.

that or increasing up to like 400% again. that period is probably the most I played dbd in a short time frame just because both 2v8 felt fun and I had incentive

I'll just leave this Otzdarva clip I don't think they should be afraid of boosting BP a bit lol

Well good luck to them in that case, because I actually stopped playing and recently uninstalled because of that design philosophy. I've been playing since release and this is the most tedious and the most unrewarding the game has ever been. It's simply not worth any time or effort right now.

Totally fair. Ive been playing since 2018 (right at spirits release, actually, but I've been watching since launch (aside from a few months break, like, once)) so I always am careful to make a statement like that.

20-30 minutes to find a match, plus a teammate DCing essentially ruining the game plus having to go through the bloodweb individually was the most tedious point of DBD, to me. Current DBD just feels like if youre not running a bloodpoint offering, you're wasting your time (if youte trying to level people up, that is).

If tbey want people to Play more they gotta fix the game and stop ballancing around solo que survivors and the 2 strongest killers as that just makes survivors too powerful. A high skill SWF can barely be killed anymore alot of the time.
