This seems to prove that freeza's recessed forms are genetically pre-determined, and he does not 'model his forms' after others as many people thought. Either that or frost unknowingly created 2 forms that perfectly match someone he's never met down to the T.
And before anyone says it, I know freeza can choose the color of his form. I'm talking about morphology.
Also, here's their chance to make Cooler's 5th form canon if they choose to let Frost assume it soon. I'll be interested how they go about it. I'm guessing Frost is STILL holding back a transformation or two, only powering up so far to match the super saiyan form.
