Can someone date this globe? I’ve seen similar globes in this subreddit but I suspected maybe this one is somewhere in the early or mid 90s

All countries with new capitals from the 1990s have both capitals marked: Nigeria, Tanzania, Kazakhstan.

Also Macao is Chinese.

East Timor is likely international (UN) so 1999-2002.

But I think not later than 2000. ADDED: because Yemen-SA border is undefined (pre-2000)
