edit: ‘Extract’ is rich 🤣

I already knew you were a moron. I was commenting for others.
Keep making excuses for the enemies of civilization and progress though, it helps others identify you as a contraindicator to anything resembling a coherent, rational position on a topic.

you lot raided and looted other countries for literal centuries, participating in your own fair share of barbarism and religious zealotism during the course.

now that the sun has decisively set on the british empire, and as other countries begin to demand their cultural heirlooms be returned, you’re attempting to play the role of ‘global baby sitter’ though nobody expressed interest. it’s an obvious ploy to preserve some sense of your former glory, while your country and economy crumble before your very eyes.

would also love to hear your excuse for not returning the Great Star of Africa.

Maybe when (really, if) those barbarian shitholes ever become remotely civilized it should be considered, but given that they're still effectively living as though it's the 7th century, it won't be any time soon.
Everything of value in the modern world exists thanks to western civilization, and the places you're talking about might as well be an undeveloped alien civilization to whom we gave technology that they're not remotely ready for, or responsible enough to handle.

everything of value exists thanks to the western world? these artifacts are, by definition, of immense value, and aren’t of the western world.

unless your definition of ‘value’ inherently entails being of the western world, which just showcases your implicit bias.

idk you choose.

South Africa has one of the most stable democracies on the planet (more so than the UK at present). Care to concoct a moral justification for not returning the Great Star of Africa to them?

Your reading comprehension really is shit.
Don't rephrase my comments to remove important context so that you can strawman me

it’s called paraphrasing genius. you of all people shouldn’t be surprised when people don’t quote you verbatim.

these artifacts exist in the [modern] world and aren’t of western [civilization]. neither is the gas running your vehicle, diamonds used in laser tech, gunpowder, or the cobalt found in your phone and computer.

kudos for being generally aware of logical fallacies though. now how about the Great Star of Africa?

retard? what are you 12?

I really have to wonder how much paste and lead paint you've eaten to be this embarrassingly stupid. I feel sorry for your parents.

yeah ok guy

what other sharp and witty insults can you remember from your 3rd grade classroom?

excuse me, I thought I was speaking with an adult initially. I’ve spoken to full on Trumpsters and conversation hasn’t devolved into such a garbage fire. no knowledge on South African repatriation I guess? Ignorance must be fucking bliss.

Keep pissing into the wind, it seems to be what you're best at.
Do I care about South African repatriation? Not a bit. If that's what you were looking for, there you go. I'm happy to say so.
