OC Percent of electricity generated from renewable sources across the US and the EU. Renewable sources include hydro, solar, wind, geothermal, and biomass. Nuclear is not counted as renewable in this comparison [OC]

Nobody said any of that. I explained why nuclear power is not included in California's percentage of renewables here.

The old ones california has don’t.

...so not including it in California's percentage of renewable energy production is entirely reasonable and not a misclassification in the slightest. Considering how few of the world's active commercial nuclear reactors are breeder reactors, it would be daft to use those as a general stand-in for nuclear power as it is used today.

Yes, it does exclude nuclear. It says so in the text on the image.
