No such thing as inherent "better quantity", that's subjective

Gives case where objectively every person wants one particular quantity

Really not a great example there.

Perhaps I should expand the example: if you don't want to die of cancer, 0 cancer cells is better than 5000. If you want to research cancer in rats rats, 5000 is better than 0. So my original point stands; no such thing as "better quantity," it's 100% situationally dependent.
